Hall effect TKL Gasket Rapid trigger

Our take, based on research

A magnetic TKL with strong specs on paper and only the maker's word. Pick the M1 V5 HE if you want a smaller board with a knob.

Overview

The M3 V5 HE is MonsGeek's magnetic TKL. MonsGeek lists a CNC aluminum case up to 2.06 kg, 87 keys, ball-catch quick-release, gasket mount, 8,000 Hz polling over USB and 2.4GHz, Rapid Trigger precision to 0.005 mm, tri-mode connectivity (Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4GHz, USB-C) with an 8,000 mAh battery, and the MonsGeek V4 driver. It uses N-pole-down magnetic switches, and MonsGeek states it does NOT support mechanical switches.

No independent review of this model was found. A retailer listing found while researching contradicts the maker on connectivity and switch support, so it was not used.

Against the M3 (mechanical, wired, barebone) it adds Rapid Trigger, wireless and an assembled board. Against the M1 V5 HE it trades the knob and the 75% layout for a function row.
