$70

The translucent 75%

A fully transparent 75%: acrylic case, clear polycarbonate keycaps, gasket or top mount and tri-mode wireless with a 3,000 mAh battery. Style-led, and lighter than the metal M1.

75% Tri-mode Hot-swap

Our take, based on research

A good-looking wireless 75% for people who want something visually unusual. For a metal case and VIA, step up to the M1 V5.

Overview

The ICE75 is a clear 82-key 75% with a knob. MonsGeek lists a transparent acrylic case, clear polycarbonate OSA-profile keycaps, Akko V3 Crystal Pro linear switches (45 gf, polycarbonate), screw-in transparent stabilizers, 3 mm EVA plate foam, a 3,000 mAh battery and tri-mode connection with up to three Bluetooth devices. The default structure is gasket mount, and the case can be switched to a top mount; MonsGeek warns that supporting both causes minor internal misalignment, so it recommends the original keycaps rather than thicker replacements. Lighting and remapping are handled by the MonsGeek driver, with audio-reactive effects.

Click and Thock describes it as a well-crafted gasket-mount board with a soft typing feel, a distinctive clacky sound with the Crystal Pro switches and translucent keycaps, and gives a weight of about 853 g; MonsGeek lists a polycarbonate plate. That makes it far lighter than the aluminum M-series.

It is aimed at looks and wireless convenience rather than refinement, and it is an older design than the M1 V5.

Pros & Cons

Strengths
  • Fully clear acrylic case and polycarbonate keycaps
  • Gasket or top mount, selectable (MonsGeek)
  • Tri-mode with up to three Bluetooth devices and a 3,000 mAh battery
  • Soft, clacky typing per Click and Thock; about 853 g in Click and Thock's spec table
  • Pre-assembled with a knob, 5-pin hot-swap sockets and screw-in stabilizers
What Could Be Better
  • Clear polycarbonate keycaps and acrylic make it a style choice first
  • MonsGeek warns thicker replacement keycaps may not fit well because of the dual mount design
  • An older design than the M1 V5 line, with a smaller battery
  • Only a few independent reviews, mainly sound-test content
  • Acrylic case is a different material from the metal M-series, so expect a different sound
