Wired full-size aluminum Q built like a brick
A wired 100% aluminum Q with steel plate, double gasket, QMK/VIA and a knob at about 2.4 kg. Tom's Guide praised the build but called it very expensive and extremely heavy.
A tank of a full-size keyboard that earns praise for build and typing feel but few points for value, weight or sound. Consider the V6 or Q6 Max depending on whether you want cheaper or wireless.
The Q6 is the full-size wired Q: a 100% layout with number pad and navigation keys in a full CNC aluminum case with steel plate, gasket mount, hot-swap sockets, a knob, QMK and the Keychron Launcher. Keychron lists Gateron G Pro switches on the assembled version, normal-profile double-shot PBT keycaps and 2,420 g.
Tom's Guide's review covers both this wired Q6 and the wireless Q6 Max. It said the Q6 looks great and is built to withstand an apocalypse, lovely to type on and highly customizable, but found the price gap to the plastic-case Keychron V6 hard to justify, called the metallic sound divisive, and described it as extremely heavy; its spec table lists 85 ounces for the Q6 versus 77 ounces for the Q6 Max.
Wired only. The Q6 Pro and Q6 Max exist if you want wireless.
