K4 Ultra 8K, from Keychron's store
The K4 Ultra 8K is the 96% with 8000 Hz polling, ZMK firmware, a steel plate and a 600-hour battery claim. No board-specific review was found.
A numpad 8 kHz board. Check ZMK compatibility first.
The K4 Ultra 8K is the high-polling 96%. Keychron lists 2.4 GHz plus Bluetooth plus wired with 8000 Hz polling, hot-swappable Keychron Apex switches (Red, Brown or Banana), an ABS case with a steel plate, OSA double-shot PBT keycaps, ZMK firmware with the Launcher web app, south-facing RGB, a 4000 mAh battery rated up to 600 hours and about 1241 g.
No review of this exact board could be opened. TechRadar's K2 Ultra 8K review, on the sibling, found a solid body, opaque keycaps that block the backlight, switches that actuated a little too deep, and good value, while Tom's Hardware's K3 Ultra review praised the 8 kHz polling and battery life. The ZMK firmware means QMK/VIA keymaps do not carry over.
Choose it over the K4 Max when polling rate matters and you accept ZMK.
