K12, from Keychron's store
The K12 is the original 60% with ABS keycaps, tray mount and a 240-hour battery rating. Keebnews called it well built with a loud spacebar and a high profile; the maker lists no QMK support.
A decent compact starter. The spacebar sound is the main complaint.
The K12 is Keychron's compact 60%. The page lists Bluetooth for up to three devices plus wired at 1000 Hz, Gateron G Pro mechanical or Keychron optical or mechanical hot-swap switches, a tray-mount case in ABS or ABS with aluminum frame, OEM double-shot ABS keycaps, a four-level backlight, a 4000 mAh battery rated up to 240 hours and about 664 g (the page does not say which frame). The plastic frame measures 293 x 102 mm, the aluminum bezels 298 x 107 mm. The spec table does not mention QMK.
Keebnews reviewed it favorably: really well built and sturdy, with a great feel and sound for the price. It noted that the spacebar is much louder than the rest of the board, the sound is a little hollow, the high profile may call for a wrist rest, and the USB port sits on the left side.
It lacks the Pro's PBT keycaps, steel plate and QMK/VIA.
