K10 Max, from Keychron's store

The K10 Max adds a 2.4 GHz dongle, Super switches and better dampening to the full-size K10. Tom's Guide called it fantastic, noted a harder bottom-out and no volume knob.

Full layout Tri-mode Hot-swap QMK/VIA

Our take, based on research

A well-reviewed full-size with a dongle. Tom's Guide saw it as a fine keyboard, though firmer than some prefer.

Overview

The K10 Max is the 2.4 GHz K10. Keychron lists a 100% ANSI layout, 2.4 GHz plus Bluetooth for up to three devices plus wired at 1000 Hz, hot-swappable Keychron Super or Apex mechanical switches, an ABS case, double-shot PBT keycaps, QMK with the Launcher web app (Tom's Guide calls the firmware QMK/VIA), a 4000 mAh battery rated up to 190 hours and about 1530 g.

Tom's Guide called it a fantastic iteration of the Keychron formula, with extra dampening, a new mounting system and responsive Super switches that suit work and gaming, and a deeper, thicker sound. It also noted the screwed steel plate makes modification easy but gives keys a hard stop at bottom-out, that it drops the volume knob of the Keychron V6, and that it costs a little more for less compared with the V6.

Compared with the K10 Pro, it adds the dongle, an ABS case and a lower battery rating.
